"I shop at Dry Goods all the time and normally every time I go, everyone is fantastic. Unfortunately, my experience today wasn’t like normal. My items were shoved into the bag, not even folded. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. I wasn’t even asked if I needed help. I’m very disappointed as I am a retail manager myself and would be embarrassed if any of my guests had the same experience I had today."
