I thought I was ordering from a chicken wings place because that’s how they present it to the consumer. You could never tell it’s Chili’s by looking at or ordering from the IJW website. Completely and intentionally misleading. I pulled up to pick up my order only to find myself in the parking lot of a Chili’s restaurant. Had to pull up my e-mail receipt and scroll to the bottom to learn I had actually ordered from Chili’s. The wings were rubbery and the ranch dressing was the consistency of water. Not the worst I’ve ever had, but not very good."
