"I had the worst experience here! I had bought my husband a gift for Christmas online. When I went to pick up my item, they couldn’t give it to me because my card kept declining (although my card had money). They asked me to try another card so I used my sister’s and hers also declined. They told me to come back with cash. Few days later l noticed my card was charged and so was my sisters. We went in to pick up my item and get my sister a refund. However when we got there they told me they couldn’t give me the item I bought unless they ran my card AGAIN! I showed them my bank account and showed where I had already been charged. They still said I couldn’t take the item I PAID for already without having them run my card again. So instead I just asked for them to cancel my item and refund both of us. They said we’d need to speak to a Nicole and she would give us the refund. So my husband didn’t get a good gift for Christmas because of all of this mess & on top of that I haven’t gotten a refund. I called the store multiple times and each time they tell me to talk to Nicole. Finally got a hold of someone who didn’t transfer me to Nicole instead said “Nicole said to call our financial dept”. What a waste of time. Had I know from the start that Nicole couldn’t help me I would have contacted who I needed instead of wasting my time trying to get a hold of Nicole. Worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere!!"

"Was in the area with my father and decided to check the place out since our significant others had a baby shower to attend. As a big Milwaukee fan, decided to look at some of the M12 line and we agreed to order the M12 impact and driver set. As we were ringing it up they said there was a deal that was going on for $20 off and an extra battery (nice!). At first they ordered it to the store but we live in the south metro so we asked to have it delivered to my parents home. After a week, I called in because I noticed the online order showed the one in store had arrived to the Rogers location but we did not get ours. I was told it may take up to two weeks but typically 1 to 1.5 weeks so I waited another week and called again. Two weeks in and I call them up. They say there was a mistake where it was ordered and not processed through delivery. They said they would call me but instead I was emailed that it will be reprocessed. I called in again (now nearly 3 weeks) and was told they've got the one sitting in the shop ready to be delivered, they were going to call me back that night before they closed at 7pm. I decided to call them back at 6:55pm and ask what the situation was. They were waiting for a driver and had not figured out the delivery situation yet, but were willing to personally deliver it. I asked to have my order canceled since I found a better deal through home depot at this point and no longer wanted to wait. They told me to call back the next day after they were back working to process the refund. Called back the last time on that Saturday, now a full three weeks in and asked Carter to cancel my order. He said it might take a couple days to process on the card, but that they would take care of that, and it should be all out of my hands. This last week on Wednesday (three weeks and four days in) my father called me and said the package was delivered. I don't know what sort of clown show these people are running, but I do understand things get mixed up from time to time. I am thoroughly disappointed with how this whole transaction went, the calls I didn't ever receive back from the shop, and how the cancelation of the order was never processed after confirming it had not been shipped. I'm writing this exactly four weeks from the day we ordered everything and now have to figure out returning an item I no longer need. My family and I are very grateful we don't live anywhere near this trainwreck of a shop. Two stars for effort and answering all of my calls."

"Some team members like to talk down to you. The others seem friendly. Sometimes it it difficult to get help. I ordered mechanise one to pick-up in-store , and half of my order was cancelled. Browse around their store a bit, and you can find some good deals."
