"Absolutely lazy and childish. Called and asked politely if I showed up right at 6 if they Could wait for me to get one simple bolt. They rudely response with we are open until 7p.m. And hang up the phone. I showed up at 5:59 to who I would assume to be the lady I talked to on the phone laughing as she locked the door and pulled the shades down over the door as I am walking to it. Waste of my time and extremely unprofessional."
