"I called to discuss a truck purchase and Brandon answered the phone. He was very kind and professional, he was also happy to grab a few extra photos I had requested. We made a deal and I had the truck shipped from MN to MI. The truck showed up and was exactly as described! It is a beautiful vehicle that exceeded my expectations. A few days after having it home I noticed a small puddle of antifreeze every time I would park it. I almost didn't even bother contacting LA Motorsport's as the vehicle I bought is higher miles and almost 7 years old. I decided to give them a call figuring what could it hurt. Brandon sincerely listened to my concern and showed genuine empathy and concern. He checked with his boss and they issued me a $900.00 check to purchase the new OEM radiator that my truck required. I was blown away at their willingness to cover such a large part bill even with a truck that had 225,000 miles on it. The process was quick and painless, everyone around was great and the selection was top notch (even if I couldn't pull the trigger on the Big Rig out front).
