"I go to Caribou every single morning before work. My usual location is the Fridley location. I switched jobs and now come to this location. At Fridley they know me and my drink by name. I come here now and only came twice so far and have come to find that this location is not friendly and the girl with the short dark hair, hat and glasses has been rude both visits! First visit she had an attitude because I asked for extra ice when she was starting to make my drink. Today I asked a question and she going to say that I was learning over the ledge when I wasn't, was just pointing an unopened straw as I was asking a question. She was just so rude about it. Then they call out your drink and don't even say thank you! No smiles what so ever. I do not recommend this location to anyone!! I am a general manager myself, and the service that I received was just horrible the last 2 visits."
"I love stopping here for coffee every day. The staff are welcoming and friendly! Best customer service! Great cup of coffee every time! Nice relaxing atmosphere and a couple of comfy leather chairs."
"Typical Caribou! The baristas used to know me and make my drink when I walked in the door, not the case anymore, high turnover I guess. It is always clean and everyone is usually friendly. It can get quite cramped when there are long lines in the morning or at lunch."
