"I came into the store to do a return on a product, unfortunately I didn't have a receipt. The cashier however, was quick to go! through the process. Obviously she has been well trained in her job. With a slight complication on the till, she was able to contact her manager for assistance who answered the phone even while she wasn't on duty. Which in my opinion, is a very great quality, and shows great respect for her store and her employees. I was extremely impressed with how well they handled the situation and how dedicated to their team members they are! Definitely a store worth making a stop at for great customer service and satisfaction!"

"They’re closed Sunday’s and Tuesdays for inventory, and only open until 6 the rest of the week. While it’s inconvenient, I know they’re down to only a few employees. Very friendly staff; especially Allison. She is always a joy to speak to! I’m not sure what inventory all includes for this particular location, but it does feel like back stock is never put out. The same empty areas remain for weeks and for some reason they block the seasonal candy aisle with a stock cart. It happens to be right in the main aisle so maneuvering around it is a little difficult. Especially if you need something directly from the shelf the cart is blocking. Otherwise, it’s a great addition to the town. Instead of running 15 miles to Walmart, or buying overpriced groceries from the grocery store."

"The Dollar General in Granite Falls is the most nicest influenced Dollar General I have ever been in. The people are extremely extremely nice and they got their store decorated the song darn cute for Christmas. Our Dollar General does not. The Dollar General store in Granite Falls has the nicest employees I've ever talked to. Austin, Nick, and this lady I don't know her name but she has long red hair the one that decorated the store I just can't believe how pleasant and they are. So a shout out to the employees in Granite Falls. Everyone has to go in there just to even visit the Christmas decorations it's just beautiful. And I want to say thank you to the employees for making my visit wonderful. I think all employees should be trained at this Dollar General Store. And make this Dollar General store in Granite Falls the one that people will never forget."

"There were several of people in line to check out (including me), and there was only 1 person checking. I stood in line with 3 items in my hands, there was a guy with a few items in his arms right behind me, but the Lady in front of me had a CART FULL (over $70 worth). Then 2 more people also were ready to check out. COME ON, PUT PEOPLE ON THE PAYROLL so we don't have to Wait & Wait, & Wait !!!!!!!"
