"Called in for a 5pm appt, flawless service both on the vehicle side and the customer service side, from the tech Cory Schintz at the desk. Very knowledgeable man, considerate of my time and willing to work with me and other customers while I was waiting to make this oil change the best possible experience I’ve ever had at any Midas, or any other shop period. Newly remodeled lobby with variety of snacks provided, went above and beyond to explain the difference in oil types, different style of tires and to make sure my vehicles needs were met and exceeded on and off the road. I was even running a few min late, and they had no issue helping me get settled in while they took care of everything. Seriously, thank you so much for some of the best service I’ve ever had anywhere!!! Car service or otherwise! 100% deserves a raise for his passion about cars and customer service!"

"Staff were courteous. Up front pricing, free brake inspections, decent waiting area, free coffee, soda, juice. Made an appointment and was greeted immediately. Tires were very expensive; 25% higher than competition. I’d recommend them for anything but tires."

"It was a very pleasant experience. I went for an oil change and to check my light and was out in the estimated time they gave me. I had an issue I will need to go back in for but they send a report to your phone and go over it with you if you have any questions. Corey is the one that helped me most and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a punch card for oil changes which I had never received in the past year or 2 I hav been coming here. They also forgot to note to check out my light and when the mechanic did they didn't say anything about it. Luckily Corey was right there and had the mechanic quickly switch it out for me. I think after that they only forgot to reset the oil change notification but I didn't notice that until I was almost home and I think I will survive! Thank you for such great service."

"I’ve been going to this Midas for a while now and always have great service and a great time. In particular, Cory and Meg helped in the front office for my oil change visit. Meg has an incredible personality for customer service and is a real gem and asset. Cory likewise was super personable and an instant friend - we actually gabbed for about 10 mins as the shop was winding down and had a very fun conversation. You can get service anywhere, but you can’t get great treatment like this from any old shop. I’ll be back and be sure to tell my friends to stop in for service, too. 10/10"
