"I normally don't complain ; however, had 2 large pizzas delivered. Terrible! The crust was so burnt it looked and tasted like cardboard, it even made the toppings tasteless. Paid over $60.00 and could only eat two pieces. Too bad this used to a good pizza place."

"The pizza was good and not cold. We ordered the Chicken Alfredo and Meat raffle flavors. The guy giving us the pizza said he accidentally dropped one of the slices of pizza on the floor and apologized for it then proceeded to make us a brand new pizza, same flavor for free! So, as far as I'm concerned, the customer service here is excellent. The reason I only rated the food a 4 is due to the fact that it's tasty, but not knock your socks tasty I'd still come here, but not on a regular basis. Overall a unique place in the sense that they only do thin crust on their pizzas."

"GLUTEN FREE CRUST IS AMAZING! First off, what in the world is going on with these bad reviews. I grew up eating the original savoys at 421 E. Seventh St., “Red’s” place. My wife has a gluten allergy and I was so sad to think I would have to give up the original crust but holy moly! This gluten free crust is by far the best pizza crust I’ve ever had! Furthermore, the staff at the Apple Valley location are always friendly and talk about fast service! I don’t think many people realize how this pizza is supposed to be and thus have different expectations. This is how a savoy pizza should look and taste! This is my new 7th street savoys!"

"Called and ordered pizza for delivery at 5:18pm, told 30-45 min for delivery. Called at 6:18pm for status on pizza. Was told it was on the way. Promised it would be there within 10 min. I said I would call back if it wasn't. 6:32 I called and said its not here. Was told it wasn't in the store and it's on its way. I asked for a discount, he said he'd give me a $10 credit. 6:40 pizza arrived cold and burnt. I called and asked they make it right. They offered replacement or store credit. I asked for my card to be refunded. After checking with the supervisor, I was told they would do that. Great. Hung up and ate cold burnt pizza because we were starving. It was also super salty. Not at all what we hoped for for a very rare ordering of take out dinner."
