"Got my order, but I didn't check to see if everything was there. 2 brownies weren't there. So tomorrow I have to go back and pick them up. I wasn't going to drive 13 miles to get 2 brownies."
"Food was terrible for the hi price they now charge. Hardly any lettuce, little onion, skimpy on the meat and cheese..skimpy on mayo and mustard. Terrible sandwich..all bread and not much else. Then the guy dropped the bag on the floor, the handed me the bag ..wet and dirty. Will be taking my business elsewhere."
"Frankly, far from freaky fast! Despite appearing well staffed with 5 people, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Once my ordered was placed it was another 15 minute wait for 1 sandwich. There was one other family inside already eating and drive through was empty. I can only assume they were prioritizing delivery orders over mine. Food quality was on par with Jimmy John’s standards, but service is seriously lacking. Only recommended if you have plenty of time."
"I ordered a 30.piece platter. The sandwiches were all.cut in different sizes. The papers was ragged and torn away on some sandwiches The box itself was very unappealing however the sandwiches were okay. I also ordered mayo and mustard on the side. Got neither. When I called to express my opinion the person. That answered the phone said he was the manager and he was the one who cut the sandwiches and said they were fine. I didn't want any compensation ... the sandwiches were fine but I thought the store should know so they took better care when presenting a box."
