Olive’s Fresh Pizza Bar 5820 Lincoln Drive, Edina, MN 55436

"I ordered online and when I arrived the manager told me they messed up my pizza. I was offered a beer or soda by the manager while I waited. Luckily I was in no rush and just waited. It took 15-20 minutes for my new pizza and the host gave me both pizzas and comped my order! The food and especially the service is top notch! I'll definitely be coming back whether that's in person or ordering pickup, great service and great team!"

"If you are looking for atmosphere and hors. D'oeuvre pizza then this is the place for you. However, if you are actually trying to feed people and want a pizza, that's more than olive oil poured on crackers with some toppings from a charcuterie board go elsewhere.$54 for two burnt 14" pizzas that were soggy in my 5 drive home. Staff also informed me it was 5:56 and my pick up time was 6:06pm on a Tuesday night. I went to my car and waited while my pizza burned. See photo"

"Wow! Perhaps one of the best pizzas ever! The crust was incredible crunchy, flaky and light all at the same time. I had the Buffalo pizza, my wife the Olympian (like a gyro and Greek salad together). Here's was on the GF crust and that oven made it delicious. Efficient and friendly. Nice clean space. Good beer selection too!"

"Great pizza and a better staff! Got a Margherita pizza to go, which was excellent. Crust was similar to a flatbread; thin, airy and crispy but still had great flavor. Sauce and tomatoes had a nice sweetness to them but was balanced out by the fresh basil, mozzarella and Parmesan. Also grabbed one of their “Hawaiian Treasures Margaritas” during my (short) wait at the bar for my pizza. Nice cocktail, great tropical flavor but not cloyingly sweet like you sometimes run into with drinks of this nature. The bar tender even ended up comping the drink on my tab after I had noticed they didn’t charge me for it. Very nice of him to do that! The inside is lighted nicely and gives off a homey and comforting vibe. I could see this being a great spot to go to watch a game and grab some drinks as their prices are fair as well! Will definitely be coming back!"

"Misses and I stopped today for the opening. In a word, wow. Fantastic service w/friendly staff. And the food was phenomenal. She had the house salad and I had the Greek salad. We followed up with a 10 inch margarita pizza. They have a standard 8oz wine pour and even had blue cheese stuffed olives. Tip of the hat to Shea and Smitty. We are definitely adding this to our weekly rotation!!"
