Pizza Hut

"The person in charge seem very stressed out. Very short with her words she needs help! Not happy with her service at all. I think she's a nice enough woman but she is under a lot of stress with no help. Please get more help there we need this service in our town."

"I placed an order for carryout tonight, the lady that waited on me was rude I thought, she slammed the window open and said to me "name". I feel she could have said hi or something. I had to wait longer for my food which whatever it happens. When I got my food home, my wings barely had any sauce on them. My cheesesicks never came with sauce to dip them in and my alfredo was alittle cold that I had to warm it up. It will be awhile before I order again, definitely not like I used to be in the past. There's logo does not match this store, "who can out pizza the hut?".....anyone at this point."

"Don't bother trying to call to place an order; no one has picked up the last 3 times I have visited. On this visit, they also had the doors locked with no dine-in option. I knocked on a window to get staff attention and place an order. Granted, I didn't try to order online, but if the rest of this is an indicator, that wouldn't have worked either. I like pizza hut pizza, but the service is an ongoing and persistent issue."

"Most recently order: placed delivery through app, 3 hours later, no update, called 3 times. The store is closed and now because I waited everything else is closed. It's about a 50/50 you get decent food, otherwise I've had food that just tastes off or undercooked. It used to be good but it's been going downhill for the past few years. I basically urge you to find somewhere else, maybe even get an oven pizza. I hold out hope it will get better, it sucks because it's one of the only places the delivers(sometimes) in town."

"All I can say is that this place is going downhill fast. Last time I ordered delivery they were 15 minutes late and on the last 3 occasions that I've called them I was lucky to get an answer within 10 rings and the last 2 of those 3 the guy answered by greeted me with, "we can only take online orders right now" then hanging up on me. Food is good, service is the absolute worst I've seen anywhere in a long time. Update, 12/8/23: I called to ask why the stuffed crust option was grayed out online and the guy hung up on me without answering immediately after I asked. You could tell by the sound of the phone being jostled that it was an intentional hang up and not an accidental disconnect. I tried calling back 3 times, but the guy ignored my calls. Then my pizza was TWENTY-FIVE minutes late being delivered! Totally unacceptable! This store has gone downhill ever since the last manager left a while back. Too bad the food is so good, im going to miss it! But you don't deserve my business."
