"I have bought few things through here and normally before had no issues until this year. I got a couch from here and was told my payment was not made even though I set up auto pay. When they called they said they were going to come and get it even though I had the money to make the payment. After some heated conversation we worked on getting it set up AGAIN on autopay. 2 weeks go by and I get a call again that the payment is not made. They managed to mess up auto pay again and wanted a payment. Not an issue because the money is there. However I requested that they come and get the furniture because obviously they can not manage something as simple as setting up auto pay and are very rude when they call. On this note I have gotten multiple items from this location in the past and have always paid it off in no more than 4 months. So I wish others good luck but my experience with them this time and their management is a 2 star experience and will never go through them again."
