"My husband and I went with our son on our anniversary and had a wonderful experience. I believe she must be the manager and I didn’t get her name but she came over and was engaging with my son and letting him pull her earrings. When I mentioned it was our anniversary she told us we could get a free dessert. She also told us that you can order their pizzas to freeze to enjoy pizza all winter!!"

"A great place for good food and friendly service in the middle of the Minnesota lakes area. Loved the improvements to their patio and parking lot! Wood-fired pizza. Good variety of menu options. Dog friendly patio."

"If I were basing this on nostalgia, it would be five stars. However, I thought the quality of the food for the price should knock a star off. The prices are very high for a little above average quality of food. My wife said the fried pickles were not as good as they used to be. I will say that the atmosphere and service were great though! For how busy it was, I was impressed how well the staff was keeping up. I feel like this should add a half a star back. So, my final verdict is a very solid 4.5 stars!"

"Fun atmosphere, busy place. Built in 1910, but plenty lively. A band was setting up to play on the outdoor patio when we arrived. Very friendly and attentive service. I ordered a Philly cheesecake that was delicious! I didn't expect the prices to be as high as they were. But my entree, at least, was worth it."
