"Had a tough experience with the only working employee today at the Grand Forks location. Running the shift alone so they were unable to help me over the phone. I went in, found what I needed but needed a different size. Common, right? I asked for help, told them I was the one who called 15 minutes ago, and I was told I would be helped after she helped the other customers BEHIND me in line. Is that a new policy? Not sure, but the other folks looking for a size were helped no problem. Sat and waited for 25 minutes to let all the other customers go about their business, then when there was no further transactions, I sat in silence as the cashier checked her phone and enjoyed her Coke, only interrupted by me, once again, walking to the register to ask for help. The employee typed in the style of shoe I was looking for, the size, and promptly told me they do not have them in stock. I haven’t had my time wasted in that caliber before. Am I petty? "Absolutely do not trust this location. They will badger you about their “rewards” program (scam) and then if they get you to bite, sign you up for a credit card without your permission through another scam company called Comenity, who will charge you insane fees and tank your credit score. Incredibly shady and disgusting."

"We called prior to heading to the store about returning an item. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was very polite and said to come on in. We go to the store, and the staff member i had spoke to previously greeted us immediately. I stated I had been the one that called, and she immediately addressed the issue. While my son looked for another pair of shoes, she left us be, no following and continuous talking and sales pitches as you find at some other places. She had let us know the deals going on, and left us be. When we got to the register she was again polite and sociable. The weather had been not so good and got worse, and upon leaving, she had said a few times to call when we made it home. Never have I had a member of an establishment do that. That is above and beyond customer service. That woman deserves praise to say the least, and good things to come her way. And yes, we did call when we got home. I've never not had a good experience there, but that was beyond what anyone would ever expect."
