"Nice place, mostly safe, liked it. Not horrible, would have rated it 3.5 if possible and would go again, but, needs some attention. Trash receptacle lid is badly damaged and a danger to small children. Landscaping is poorly located/overgrown and encroaching on Hibachi grill by ramada. Bits of refuse scattered about and weeds in adjacent Greenway show lack of regular maintenance and proper care."
