"Horrible experience! Quoted three hours and 65-75 for my pup. Called at three hours and was advised she wouldn't get to my dog for another hour. Couldn't make that work so I asked if I could just come and grab her. They said sure. Got there and they charged me 60 dollars for a bath and nail trim!! Maybe I lost out on a 15 cut?? Dirty dingy facility, bad front office, multiple dogs barking in the back. Would never go back, not into letting my dog sit for hours in a kennel. Horrible"
