"Took my 2 year old frenchie in to be groomed, hadn't even left the store yet and they call me to say they cannot do service because he's been aggressive and snappy. We have a toddler child at home and our dog has never bit nor growled at anyone. Our dog has been around other dogs and kids and never shown aggression. Hes been to the vet and they even stated hes a well behaved dog. Not too sure if the lady was new but off the bat you can sense she was timid, did not know his breed was an expedited breed and also put the collar around his neck until being told by another associate it needs to be around the shoulder. Groomers should be trained properly before being put in the field. Will never take my dog here again or shop here at petsmart, very disappointed."
"I went in with my daughter to get a hamster and they said my cage was too small I demand action be taken or I'm gonna call a lawer.the enclosure is perfect and the employees said it was too small I demand a apology"
