He has always offered to go above and beyond where he can (locking gates, offering to bring in trash cans in from the street before closing gates up etc...) and answers all of our questions thoroughly. We haven't had any issues with scorpions since using their services, and have always been encouraged to call for a free spray if we do. All communications and scheduling with the owner as well as techs have been friendly and helpful. We're new to Nevada, and are still adjusting to a lot, but creepy crawlers in the house are not part of it! We really hit gold with Abbott, and highly recommend them. Thanks guys!"

"I have had Abbott for seven months, they were fantastic and professional. They let me know when they were coming to the house. Always checking if I had any concerns. They were great! When I first moved to my rental house I saw roaches but after they sprayed, there was no issue. I was concerned about my little dog but we kept in inside until the next day and again no issues there. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!!!"
