"Such a disapointment i traveled from Berwyn IL for a wedding event and made the mistake of ordering my flowers with them only to find out that the price they had given me could not be honored they were charging me prices that were four times more then what they had said when the order was placed. I didnt do anymore shopping and price comparison because the price given was actualy what i wanted to spend for floral budget. the manager there was so rude and arogant he questioned if i was really a florist here in IL REALLY! I told him i only had $250.00 for floral and he said it was $900.00+ take it or leave it... So i left it i did end up taking a few things that i knew i would not find some were else. I was scared about what i would tell my bride but i started making phone calls and searching for other florist quick since this was 2 days b4 the big event on new years. I found Cristy at Costco down the street she was very nice and found she had everything needed in stock and was very greatful that we bougth from her and not from Downs ( i think she is independent inside Costco) She was amazing and saved my Event thanks Cristy! BUT PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL LIE AND GET YOU IN THERE AND THEN SLAP YOU WITH A HUGE BILL YOUR BETTER OFF BUYING AT THE SUPERMARKETS NEAR BY REALLY... Not too many florist are happy with them i know because i was missing something for the wedding and had to go to local florist in the are and i didnt find not one to say nice stuff about them specialy the upper managment!!! Take your money some were else!!!"
