"This is one of my favorite nurseries. The staff are knowledgeable, they have a great selection, and their plants are well cared for. This is always my first stop when I'm trying to decide what to plant in a given space. The pricing can be hit or miss. I feel like I've gotten some good deals here; however, I purchased some vines recently only to see the same plants for 1/2 to 1/3 of the price at Whitfill's a few days later. But that being said, I still prefer the experience at SummerWinds and they've had a variety of plants that I haven't been able to find elsewhere."
"I came here for the first time this week looking for pottery, after checking some other local nurseries and being shocked at the prices. Summerwinds had prices about 50% of some of the big nurseries, and a good selection. I also shopped around for plants, and was blown away by their selection of tomatoes, peppers and other veggies. They had so many varieties, especially of peppers, that I'd been unable to find at big box stores or big local nurseries. The employees were also friendly and helpful, directing me to different plants, answering questions, and politely informing me that they were closing after I lost track of time looking at pottery. They still let me check out and then helped me load heavy pots into my car. Great experience."

"Javais was friendly and knowledgeable. I went to get rocks for my succulent plants. Walked out with three bamboo a polkadot plant a chocolate mint and two air plants yes I got the rocks and see orchard mix such great prices."
"Been needing to find an actual nursery to get my plants at as other places just don't have quality plants. Summer winds will be my new place to go for sure! Everyone was very nice and the plants were very well taken care of. They had a wide variety of outdoor plants and indoor plants. Their pots were decently priced as well. They even have a rewards program which I definitely signed up for."
