"Use to come here all the time but the quality of workers here has diminished. The deals here used to be better as well. Sad this used to be a cool Lil shop but seems like they don't care about their customers very much maybe they changed owners."

"High security, don't forget your photo identification, limited access regarding the amount of customers allowed in. You may have to wait in line. Knowledgeable employees will help direct you to products that will fit your needs. Excellent assortment. I've found the late morning, early afternoons mid week the best time to get in and out fairly quickly."

"I just happened to notice this little shop and decided to stop in. They have good product and at a good price. Everyone in this place are excellent at what they do. They are polite, knowledgeable, upbeat, and they promoted the sales they had going on. There is never a long wait no matter how busy they are. Even though it's further from my house, I'm finding myself coming here more and more. I recommend you come in and see what you think."

"Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my utmost concern regarding the recent encounters I have had at your flower shop on University and Higley. Unfortunately, my experiences with a particular sales representative, the female with red hair, have been consistently stressful and disheartening. During my first visit, the security guard's unnecessary aggression left me feeling uneasy, and the subsequent interaction with the sales representative was equally unpleasant. The latest incident, where I was inquiring about a cartridge within my budget of $28, and was met with a dismissive attitude and discriminatory behavior, deeply troubled me. The refusal to offer any suitable alternatives within my price range has left me feeling unwelcome and discriminated against. It is my sincere hope that you take this matter seriously and address the ongoing concerns at your dispensary. No customer should endure such disrespectful treatment or feel targeted for their previous feedback. Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all patrons should be a priority for any reputable establishment. I trust that appropriate action will be taken to rectify these issues and foster a more positive atmosphere at your flower shop. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Joseph Vasquez"
