"One of the worst experiences I've had with a "guaranteed satisfaction" florist. I received an arrangement late afternoon, Friday, Dec 22nd that was full of mostly ferns, 4 Gerber Daisies (1 flopping already in less then 24 hours) and small carnations with other fill flowers so I called the 800# a little after 5pm and was transferred to a voicemail. It was Chrismas weekend so I wasn't expecting a call back right away but didn't receive a call back at all. So I called in again and spoke with a woman who asked for my order # and we spoke of the issue with the floral arrangement I received. When I explained what I received, she said "oh no, that's not what you should have received, your order came in from California but it should have had roses and lilies as well". I let her know I took pictures and could send them to her so she gave me an email address to include my order #, issue and pictures, which I did send. The response I received from Maria was ridiculous. Her email read "Thank you for sending the pictures of the arrangement you received. I do see where the bottom and center of the arrangement was bare and had lots of fern. This arrangement is not suppose to have roses or lilies" and went on about redelivery. Conflicting information from the woman I spoke with over the phone and the email from Maria. The arrangement looks like a $19.99 bouquet you buy from Trader Joe's and throw in a vase! Definitely not something you would expect from a professional florist. Seeing some of the other reviews and pictures, I'm questions this florists abilities. They use limited bouquet flowers and way to many greens or filler flowers. The vase is very similar to a cheap vase found at IKEA. I would look elsewhere if you're looking to send a bouquet to a loved one or for special occasion."
