"employees their are clueless yesterday I happen to stop in to buy a tools and ask one of Lowes Associates for help on location due to the fact the website displayed the wrong location for Allen wrenches. So I than asked an employee for the location of the item I was looking for and he than started to speak into his cell fone for allen keys and the most expensive allen wrenches came up and I was told Lowes was completely out of stock for Allen wrenches. So the employee tried to leave in a hurry but I stopped him to show me were the location of the wrenches on his phone. and I can tell he didn't want to help me nor show me location just tlodbjme the location and to look for myself. I found a WHOLE SECTION OF ALLEN WRENCHES AND MADE IT A POINT TO POINT IT OUT TO THE EMPLOYEE THAT WAY HE DOES A BETTER JOB AT HELPING OUT CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF MAKIBG ME THE CUSTOMER FEEL LIKE I WAS BOTHERING HIM. THIS IS WAY I KINDA STOPPED SHOPPING AT LOWES AND GO TO HOME DEPOT. SINCERELY DISAPPOINTED GUESTS @ LOWES!"

"Staff today was very friendly. One of the team, tall gentleman with whitening/gray hair, was very helpful in showing me where hoses were. Other team members would say hi even as they were busily working on something. It was a pleasure to be there as a result. It is the little things and the guys at the garden center were so nice."
