"This window cleaning company is by far the BEST window cleaners I have ever used. Not only are they professional. They are meticulous and go well beyond just cleaning a window. They clean the frames, the ledges and every part of the window. They are also extremely knowledgeable and educated me on all parts of the windows. I can’t say enough good things about this company."

"I had used Pour Water in the past for the first time and I was happy and that’s the reason I called them back. What a disappointment!!! When the tech finished outside and came in to do the interior windows I started to tell him about all the water marks left on the exterior windows and he acknowledged right away that he seen that too and said it was from the early morning (7:00am) shadows and he planned on redoing all of them. I had t go to an appointment and left my husband home. When the tech finished my husband was on a business call so he only briefly looked around and the tech left. After 5 hours of doing only 28 windows I came home to see a few windows that I was unhappy with so I wiped them down. The next morning as the sun came up, what I noticed in my family room, was in total shock!!! My windows were worse shape then before he (attempted) cleaned them. There are died water marks, smudges and squeegee marks. I tried twice to make this right with the owner but just got unprofessional responses. His answer to this problem was “I’m sorry your unhappy, so I’ll take you off our every 6 month service”. I was in awe that that was his response. I then asked him if he could come look for himself and he never responded. I would NEVER recommend this unprofessional company to anyone. Beware of their second visit. The first one made a good impression, the second one left me cleaning my own windows after spending over $200.00."

"We used Pure Water Window Cleaning in May 2021. The two-person crew they sent out were okay. The windows and screens were cleaner than when they arrived. However, I still had to go back through over half to clean missed spots and streaks, clean up the trail of used paper towels that were left in piles both inside and outside the house, and remove used paper towels that one of the crew mistakenly put in a gift bag instead of the trash can. I would call this company average."
