"I didn't get to see the results of the cleaning myself but I was told by my roommate that everything was good. I also didn't receive any move-out charges from my complex. Jon was also very accommodating to my many changes."
"My experience with the cleaning did not give a wow factor at all. I only gave a 3 star because the cleaners were nice but they did nothing special. No deep cleaning was done, there was so much dirt in spots like the back of my faucet handle, the kitchen floor still had crumbs none of my baseboards or window seals were done, the doors were not wiped. This was all included in my package. Oh also no cabinet doors were piped in my kitchen not the first time nor the second time they had to come out to fix the issues which did not get fixed. I just wanted them to leave at this point. I’m so disappointed in the money I sober because they did exactly what my teens do but put less work into it. Out if 244$ the company refunds me 20$ wow. After I was told I would get refunded partial payment, I didn’t expect 20$. But never again. I was looking for a company to come on a regular but after this experience I’ll just continue to do myself and do this deep cleaning on my own the right way."
