"Had a consult today for my wedding today. Absolutely the best experience I have had in wedding planning. The staff was friendly and had a lot of expertise in the field. They worked with me to get the perfect arrangement for my big day! The knowledge and patience they had were spectacular! I was relaxed leaving the shop, knowing they saw my vision for my wedding and will handle it perfectly! 100% would recommend for any bride looking for a company to work with for floral arrangements. They were very professional, and I am excited to see my dream floral arrangements!"

"This is a wedding bouquet done by community florist. This was a last minute order and they did their best to squeeze me in at a busy time (Mother’s Day weekend). They still managed to do an AMAZING job. I’ve gone to other florist and I can honestly say that this is the first time that I was completely satisfied. Not only that, but while paying for the order in the store, without realizing, I dropped $200 and Sally made sure to call me and let me know that they had found my money while sweeping. I was taken aback by not only their beautiful work but by their honesty as well! Recommend this place 100% and will definitely be going back!"

"They are on central and McDowell on the west north corner in the Muse building. All around Super friendly. I couldn't locate the parking spot till one of the Muse team member walked me to the florist. The florist team were extremely helpful. I was asked some questions on what I was looking for and what she put together was gorgeous."

"Extremely poor product and even worse customer service. I called to speak to the florist just to let her know what had happened to the basket of flowers. I tried to tell her I didn't want it replaced, as they had already replaced one, but she started yelling at me, so I hung up. These photos were taken yesterday, one day old flowers!"

"Instead of using a 1-800 service, my mother ordered an arrangement from Community Florist to congratulate me on my marriage. I was surprised when it arrived yesterday that it had pink flowers in it. She knows that I much prefer purples and blues. She told me that she specifically asked for them to not use pink, and maybe they could use purples. She told me that she called them to tell them the arrangement wasn't what she asked for and the man on the phone admitted that they had a note that said "no pink" and said they would send a replacement but they wanted the old one back. I've NEVER had a florist ask for their flowers back if they made a mistake. I never got this replacement, so my mom called back today and they said that they won't be replacing the arrangement because the flowers they sent are "fuchsia" and not "pink". We can argue color names all day but if someone asks for their arrangement to not be pink maybe you could try colors that aren't even close to pink? The card says, "We value you as a customer. It was a pleasure to give your order our personal attention." Sure didn't seem like it to me. Guess we need to go back to 1-800 florists instead of local ones."
