"Eco dry came to my house and started ripping out the wall and everything before insurance approved it. I have been without a kitchen for over a month now, still have open holes in my walls because they want to take their sweet time getting things sent over to insurance company to get approved so I can have a contractor come in and fix everything up. Very unprofessional hard to get in touch with someone on the phone the initial guy, Alex that came out and did everything is no longer with the company. I am highly disappointed with this company I don’t understand how they are in business still. No longer have equipment in my house lucky but this is how they left it ."
