"Read entire review! I ordered "get well" flowers for my mother in AZ, from my home in MO, based on the awesome google reviews Elite Flowers & Gifts received from their customers. Unfortunately, they mistakenly delivered the wrong flowers. When I called and told them, they apologized and agreed to correct their error. However, let me tell you, they did more than that. Tera was amazing! She went above and beyond. She immediately went into action and began personally creating the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. She even sent me a video of the bouquet to make sure I was completely satisfied before she hand delivered them, along with a box of chocolates, to my mother on her way home from work that same night. She apologized profusely to my mother (who had no idea she had gotten the wrong flowers to begin with) and let her keep both bouquets. Tera made my mother feel so special with this act of kindness, which is what she was needing. While I sat in MO as all of this was unfolding, I was so grateful people had left amazing reviews that helped me choose Elite Flowers & Gifts. Businesses like these are rare.
