"Awful flowers! My brother and sister in law sent a bouquet of sunflowers to me from Michigan for my birthday. This pitiful bouquet was laughable! I set them on the table and there were petals everywhere right in the door. What I got was a shriveled up bouquet of half if not more dead flowers. By the second day, the water had turned funky and the stems were slimy. Third day they were in the trash! I am sure a pretty penny was spent for these. I emailed them, no response"

"I was the recipient of a vase of very poorly arranged saggy flowers from your establishment. The arrangement's stems were not trimmed ...just shoved in the vase with foliage in water so after 1 day the water is murky and foliage is black. Many flowers were showing their wear (black and brown leaves). I tried calling to have establishment come and retrieve the flowers but the mailbox is full. I encouraged my children not to pay for them as they thought this was going to be a special treat for our 55th Anniversary."

"I just ordered flowers for my parents anniversary, which is tomorrow, 2/1/19. My mom received them and the flowers were dead around the edges, none of the greens had been snipped off the base of the flower, they were just shoved in the vase haphazardly. I paid $85!! I’ve been calling to see if they would rectify the situation, but their mailbox is full. How convenient. Don’t waste your money!"
