"I will never go here again. Not worth the coupon prices! It took 6 days to do 2 pairs of pants that I needed for a Christmas party asap. Not including a rude employee when I asked to use a coupon. I even called to see if it was done on the day they promised (day of party) so I could pick it up on drive home. Without even looking up my items, she screamed a time it would be ready which was basically closing time. Now I have to drive back, after hours and still not be able to wear the items I needed for the party."
"They have hours posted on door: 7 am-7pm Mon-Fri. Husb waited till 8:05 and no one was there. Lights were off. He tried calling; no recorded message on their hours. Later he got a call back. Lady said they open at 8am. He told he was there till 8:05. She said she was probably in the back. If that’s so, why was the door locked? Should be unlocked at 8 am. My exp: also unfriendly; no smile; forced greetings. When you work with the public you must display a friendly professional attitude from the start to the finish of your day."
"It’s disappointing that our first time using this cleaner made me back few times. They said the only time I can pick up the clothes is the day and time what it says in the receipt so I come the next morning to make sure it’s ready guess what? They can’t find the shirt that in the suits they said the broiler wasn’t working yesterday now I have to wait here while they’re trying to find the shirt or if it’s ready they don’t even know where did it go. If they knew some clients are due in that day and they have problems they should give a txt or call not to put in the no choice situation. I don’t think we’ll be back here it’s closer to us but not worth to come here."
"My dress shirts and slacks came out great! 5 stars because there was actually an unfortunate issue with my first drop off which they handled quickly and professionally. They kept in touch, even after business hours, and resolved the issue completely. I will absolutely continue with them, they care."
