"I really don’t like posting negative reviews but I feel that if you are going to take your stuff here then you should be aware of the service you can get. I brought a brand new shirt and pants to be dry cleaned for a wedding this weekend. And the shirt came back with stains spots on it. The pants are black so I was unable to find any issues. My husband was very upset but it was too late to get another. Just be aware."
"I was happy how professional and kind the staff was but the quality of work isn’t that impressive. My shirts had multiple creases in places that they weren’t supposed to have. I had to re-iron my shirts and one of them was really bad I had to wash it and iron it myself. I was kind skeptical about how fast it took for 7 shirts."
"This lady Whatever her Name is I think is Kennedy is so unprofessional, and looked unprofessional. She just look sweaty, and gross looking like she just got up from her bed and forgot to take a shower, and went to work. I wish I was exaggerating, but I’m truly not. I should’ve known before I dropped off my clothes. I knew better, but trying to try the new owners out. I regret it now! I wasn’t gonna write this review because it had been 4months ago, but since I have to go back to dry cleaners, it just brings back horrible memories, now I have to find another place because they don’t know how to takeout stains, and wash, and press clothes over here. This place Sucks, and the owner Sucks, and a BIG TIME BULLY, and curses like a sailor! Won’t becoming bk Indefinitely."
