"Valley Sparkle and their management are extremely unprofessional and probably the worst communicators I’ve ever worked with. Multiple times we’ve had invoicing issues, cleaners showing at our front door when we’ve changed our time or date or canceled because their management never communicated their schedule. Often times it takes for five emails or texts to get a response. And even worse if they had an issue with another client I know, and they tried to drag me into the situation to help them because I knew that client instead of handling it themselves. If you don’t know how to run a business professionally, then you shouldn’t be in business. Avoid them at all costs. Also they price per hour above the average cleaning Rate when they should be pricing based on sq/ft."
