"Our pets were checked in for thirteen days of boarding flea and tick free and current on their heart worm, flea and tick medications. When we picked up our pets we were informed the Doctor discovered ticks on both dogs after performing a dental procedure on one of our pets on the last day of boarding. This was after paying a very substantial boarding invoice. When we made the inquiry on how our dogs who never had a flea or tick in their lives could have been infested - were never given a satisfactory answer."
