"Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. Answered the phone saying we were a solicitor since we out of area code. Was very short and told us she could not accept our business. Was very rude the entire conversation. When we said thank you good bye she just said “yeah”."

"I've always been very pleased with Monica's grooming services until today. My dog has a gash about 1 1/5 inches long on his right thigh from today's grooming. I sent her a picture of it but she denied that it happened there. He had no gash when I brought him there but when we got home I could see it clearly. My dog is very important to me and I will not use her services again. Perhaps she should train her staff better. She should have told me this happened..."

"ABSOLUTE LAST PLACE I'll ever use is Got Dogs or Monica. We used to use her service and all was fine and, on one occasion , during the summer time, she didnt do the job appropriately. I asked that our dog but trimmed shorter due to the heat and when she came back she was barely trimmed. well Monica in her infinite wisdom decided she doesnt like complaints so , she refused to service my son or me any longer. THIS IS THE DEFINITION OF UNPROFESSIONALISM!!! Were a existing client have a bad experience dont even get any money refunded and you rudely refuse service to my son...and then to me. Monica I warned you to not play hardball with me, this is the start of about 100 bad reviews I'll file on behalf of your attitude. I'm literally at the end of my rope with people like you!!!! AVOID GOT DOGS!!! RUN AND OWNED BY A TIRANT!!!"

"Monica was great with our little guy. He can be a little ornery, especially with new people and she didn't need to muzzle him. Best of all, he looks great. She did a wonderful job."
