"Some of the staff is friendly. Others treat you like they’re doing you a favor by taking your call. A customer since 2017, in 2021, we were forced to either pay double for our bookkeeping or find someone else when we hired an outside payroll company. They only want clients that give them all of their accounting needs and they were not licensed in NV for payroll. Not to mention, they were 3x more expensive than Paychex for weekly processing. They have issues with accountants copies processing correctly when you use QuickBooks payroll. If you don’t care about a friendly relationship with your CPA, you could give them a try."
