"Worst customer service ever so unprofessional I did my taxes for 2021 and they were not up to date with the new laws and messed up my taxes after I told her many times she was to enter the exact amount of stimulus that I received that year she with attitude said no and continued to subtract some numbers. When I received a letter from the IRS then I went in and she couldn’t explain what the letter said with all the years of experience she should’ve known right away so my time to fix them passed because according to them I could only come in with an appointment never did they help. Not to mention that in the beginning of this process I initially came in for a quote that it clearly states they are free so when I told her I’d be back she tried keeping my paperwork and said if I wanted it back I had to leave a $200 deposit. These are things she probably does to others who are not aware or she can actually intimidate, I said these are mine and im taking them if I said I’d be back then I was if I wanted to check out another place I could have that was up to me. So this year I decided to do my taxes with someone else who has a set fee as Cecilia charged me for every single document separate I paid about $400 to process my taxes and $200 just to get them deposit into my account (insane). Today I go to her office to get a copy of my 2021 taxes and she clearly says they charge me to print them I said it’s fine I’ll pay I need them so I asked how much would it be and she thinks about the amount it was soo noticeable and responded $50 lol for a copy of my taxes that not only is she required to keep in file I couldn’t believe it, she also made it clear it was a fee they charged her and said it loud enough so all her clients in office can hear to clarify she wasn’t getting anything out of it as a profesional she knows you can get that information on your IRS account for free and didn’t even offer that option because that’s not an option for he she was just trying to have dinner on me. Im amazed by how much people she takes advantage of each and every day most of her clientele are Hispanic people who work hard and have the money to pay for unnecessary fees and she knows that very well it so sad how a Hispanic woman can do her own people like this. Main St Taxes was my way to go this year with a flat fee of $140 including deposit they have years of experience."
