"This place is amazing from the staff to the doctors. I have been in twice with my pup in the last couple months, and they have been super attentive and compassionate both times. Dr Charlton actually sat with me both times and asked thorough questions about my pups condition, and explained various options on how to handle both situations. I didn't feel rushed or dismissed with my concerns. Phoenix Mountain is the only place I will go to now. Update: still a fantastic vet. Saw a new doctor today, Dr Brown, and she was so patient and kind. All doctors there treat their patients and pet parents with respect and kindness. Still our only veterinarian we go to."
