"Absolutely awful!! Didn't do what they are suppose to before closing how do you even close without verifying payoffs? Now waiting for another week because the job wasn't completed before closing have to pay the buyers every day Driggs doesn't release the funds. You guys got your payment now give me mine for selling my house. No communication. I'll be reporting to BBB and channel 3 news I have all the documents that I signed and buyers signed And that was completed by notary but yet you Letica still don't have everything how does that make any sense I have emails stating funds will be released before cut off that's a joke to. Then trying to lie stating you don't have a payoff from statewide so I called and guess what they gave you that and YOU CALLED AND VERIFIED!!! So what is your deal are you in with the buyers to not give us our funds as sellers so they can make more off of us by staying here day after day? Because it's seeming to be that way."
