"This branch was absolutely horrible:( The branch manager made it a point to share at nauseum with me, my client and the the other realtor that it was not her first rodeo in the business as she had been doing it for 45 years. However constantly seemed annoyed and put off by having to take a phone call, respond to an email or answer questions. Continually passed the buck to other staff. She was supposed to wire out non-refundable earnest money three weeks prior and never did, even though she told me again "it was not her first rodeo and not to worry about it because she would:( My client drove 1 1/2 hours to there office and then told me that he witnessed her walking/running up and down stairs exercising instead of making an effort to resolve his concerns with the wire not having gone out prior. The day of closing she also appeared to purposefully remove me and my client from the email communications and the new buyer almost did not receive access or keys because of it. Quite frankly it does not matter if you have been doing your job for 4 days or 45 years. What matters is a heart of service for your clients, not listening to yourself tell everyone how long you have been doing it or how good you think you are, as if you have this grandiose sense of yourself. NOT O.K. If you have the opportunity to use a different location for title, my recommendation would be to do so. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate them a solid 1-2 in comparison with other title company experiences which are outstanding and helpful. This office and their staff is very disappointing:("
