Our Tax Pros at this location are fluent in Spanish and ready to assist Spanish-speaking clients. A Refund Advance loan allows you to access money before your tax refund arrives, which can be especially helpful when the IRS takes weeks to send your refund. While Refund Advance is no longer available this year, we did offer Early Refund Advance at select locations from December 11, 2023, to January 14, 2023, and No Fee Refund Advance at most locations from January 2, 2024, to February 11, 2024.
We offer appointments for in-person tax preparation, drop-off tax preparation, and assistance with IRS letters. To ensure personalized service, we recommend booking an appointment online or calling us at (928) 499-3267. Walk-ins are also welcome at our 437 S. Gilbert Rd office.

"It’s been almost a year since I came here to get my taxes done and it’s still haunts me how badly everything went. Upon entering, it was only one person in the building a younger woman maybe 18 years. Within just a few minutes, I was sure this was her first week. This young lady tried her best and when finished up she was quick to give me the bill which was roughly $500. A month later I get a call from the IRS saying I’ve been audited, and that I owe the money. When I reach out to the store, I’m met with only excuses and lies. Please just be cautious of this place especially young people. It’s underdeveloped and poorly managed"
