"I am not sure what happened with this place but I must say it's the most unprofessional tax preparer service I have ever worked with. I met with Chere Osbun for 2 hours and she had all the taxes done but need to print a form that she didn't have and asked if I could come back to pick up the taxes in the next day or two. I agreed. After TWO WEEKS of no responses to my phone calls I sent an email. She said I could pick them up the next day at 4pm. I showed up and she was with someone else and no one had my taxes and no one could tell how long until I could see her. I waited 20 mins with no answers. I explained to the receptionist that I had been calling for two weeks with no response and she got really nasty with me. I informed her I needed to pick up the taxes in the next 48 hours. She Said for the 20th time that Chere would call and yet again 72 hours later no call. I reached out to the office manager Tracy Carter and left two messages with no response. I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree when you have a poor example leading the team. Then I reached out to the District manager letting him know all the above. Still no word from James, Still no taxes in hand so I guess I will have to file a complaint with the corporate office and the IRS. I would not use this location ever again! THEY HAVE ALL OUR FINANCIALS AND WON'T GIVE THEM BACK!!! The amount of wasted time, missed appointments, unanswered emails and calls is unacceptable!!! DO NOT USE CHERE OSBUN! SHE IS THE ONE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS MESS!"
