"I had done my taxes a couple times previously with angelica from here and had no issues. In 2022 i was told id be receiving 1781 as a refund but the day i was supposed to receive it i was notified instead that my return was delayed for further review. 5 months later i FINALLY ended up receiving 1795 instead. Meaning that my taxes were done incorrectly. Now this year (2023) i was hesitant to go back but i had no where else to go. And sure enough again my taxes were done wrong. Not only did they file my taxes with my address from 2021 (i moved in 2022) for some odd reason, but every year previously i had done direct deposit and for some unexplainable reason this year she decided to select NO direct deposit??? So not only did she put the incorrect address but since she selected NO DIRECT DEPOSIT for some reason, my return was not only physically mailed instead, but it was mailed to the WRONG ADDRESS. Im just having a hard time understanding why she came to the conclusion that THIS year randomly i wouldn’t want direct deposit. And why she would put the address from 2021 when i filed with my current address in 2022. PLUS my tax forms that i sent her ALL had my current and updated address on them. Not only that but when i asked for help fixing this she not only got angry with me after I explained the same thing more than once very clearly, but she essentially just told me she cant do anytHing. She just gave me the number for the irs and told me to call them. She also insinuated its my fault for not looking over the documents before signing, which i get because i should have but I normally dont because I already don’t know what most of the forms mean. Before i paid for this year’s services i politely asked for a small discount for last years 5 month inconvenience, which she denied. She said she never did my taxes wrong even though i did have to wait 5 months, it said it was delayed for further review, AND i received 14 dollars more than what i was told id receive. Instead she told me if I didn’t like her service to go elsewhere. Which i will certainly now be doing. And id recommend for everyone to do. These are very minor mistakes that a “tax & business professional” shouldn’t be making. I paid in full only for my taxes to be filed incorrectly YET AGAIN. Im sure it’ll be a small fix but I did also have to wait a few weeks. (Was supposed to receive april 7 now i have to wait till may 5th just to notify irs that i still haven’t received it)"

"Never received all back after leaving all my info. Waited 24 hrs next business work day no call back. Only do business with ur financials with people willing give simple call back basic business stuff. Had all my tax stuff ready get done move onto next cpa for my business/personal taxes"
