"I was referred to this agency by my mom, she talked about how great the customer service was and it was until I had phone calls with the agent. He is horrible and not helpful. He is mean and condescending, he made me feel stupid and he did not treat me with respect at all. I should have switched companies sooner but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. The agent is only worried about up selling you and not really about your needs. Only concerning about making money rather than anything. Amanda is wonderful, when I called back the agency crying about how mean and disrespectful the agent was she apologized and was very helpful with my car insurance needs. After Amanda left the agency was hard to get a hold of and not at all helpful. No response for days or couldn't get a real response so it was just easier to call the main number. I hope he finds a way to treat people better and does not make anyone else feel the way he made me that day."
