"Very disappointing! If you have bad credit do NOT apply for the refund advance! I paid almost $200 for the refund advance and told them I needed the funds for an emergency and that my credit was not great.. she said "no problem! the refund will be on the paycard within the hour "...20 minutes later...I get a text saying my refund advance was denied because of credit...AFTER I told them it wasn't good and they said it didn't matter! Now we're in a bind because she lied..I could have filed for FREE online and gotten my full refund!! Wow. Waste of time!! If you have bad credit do NOT do this!! File online and get your FULL refund!!...By the way..I read your response and you didn't even acknowledge the fact that your rep didn't explain the whole process!!! In your reply..you stated situations that are completely irrelevant to me and tried to blame the bank...take responsibility for your reps not doing their job properly!!"
