"Agents were professional and punctual with filing my taxes. Also, I dropped my tax forms off and I was able to complete it before they closed."

"Not too long after I arrived and checked in the representative I was supposed to meet with, Ms. Anna Fernandez walked up front with a client whose tax documents were complete. And those said documents were in the hands of the client. Ms. Fernandez who was conversating with the client in Spanish watched as the client paid and the receptionist handed the client her receipt and she left. After completing my documents, I waited for Ms. Fernandez to hand them to me; but instead, she said lets go up front. After reaching the receptionist desk I noticed Ms. Fernandez was looking at me in an unusual way. I waited for a few seconds an all she did was look at me. I smiled and said ok and made my payment. Then I said so you’re going to hold my packet hostage until after I paid…she said no then took the receipt for the receptionist and said She held on to it to put the receipt inside. Never has that ever happened to me before. Every time I’ve ever been to that location to get my taxes done. The completed work was handed to me. I walked to the front desk paid and the receptionist and was handed the receipt. If there is some kind of policy about non-Hispanics receiving their tax documents only after they pay then that should be stated or post a sign saying Hispanics only."
