"Let me start off with saying I do NOT recommend this H&R Block location. I usually don’t leave reviews unless it is absolutely necessary to do so and I believe that everyone considering file their taxes with H&R Block changes their mind or at least make sure your tax advisor is NOT Donna Beeson. I originally called H&R Block to schedule an appointment and ask a few questions about what I needed to bring to my appointment because I started real estate in July and never done my taxes as a real estate agent so you can assume I had a lot of questions. I talked to Donna on the phone and asked her what I should bring. She was not straight forward at all and was being so rude to me for no reason. When I would ask her a question, she would answer very rudely and it seemed like she was annoyed that I was asking her questions. Even though I already told her that I am new to this so I don’t know what I’m doing. You would think that after a phone call like that, I would just go somewhere else right? Biggest mistake ever, giving her the benefit of the doubt and going through with my appointment with her. A week went by and I went to my appointment and brought all the papers that I thought were necessary to bring. Throughout the whole appointment she was absolutely so rude. Whenever I would ask her a question she would answer it as if I knew the answer already. She was a very very mean women. I paid $385 for her to file my taxes. Then I went home and asked my boyfriend how to set up a date so that the IRS/State takes out my taxes. He said that they should have set it up during my appointment when she completed my taxes. He knows this because he went to the same H&R Block but luckily he had a different person to help him file his taxes. So I call H&R and ask them to set that up for me. The receptionist told them that I should of set that up when I finished filing my taxes and I told her that options was not even offered to me. She asked me who helped me file my taxes and I told her it was Donna. She transferred the line over to her. I told Donna that I she helped me file my taxes and I would like to set up a date for the IRS/State to take the money out of my bank account. She said “Did you file your taxes already?” And I responded with “yes, you helped me file my taxes” and she said “That’s what I asked. “ VERY RUDELY! Then she proceed to tell me to do it online. I tried setting it up online but it confusing and I wanted to make sure I was doing it right. I paid her $385 so that she can tell me to do it online and not even give me the option to help me do it??? Very unprofessional.. So disappointing. Also the funny thing about this whole situation is that I had to pay HER more than I owed to the IRS/ State separately. I 100% will never go back. I will not allow this women to get away with how poorly she treats people. Very disgusting and VERY unprofessional."

"Very professional & nice. Donna prepared my taxes. Answered all my questions (there were a lot of them too because of Covid & the stimulus packages. Lol) & she even waited with me to make sure they were accepted by the IRS. I've gone to H&R Block for 15 years, in many locations & 2 states & they've always been wonderful but this location is my favorite. Highly recommend them!"
