The install crew was professional and very clean never left a mess. They worked diligently to squeeze new equipment into a pretty tight space and did a very clean install with everything. They were working with some new upgraded and unfamiliar equipment which gave them some challenges to be expected. They worked hard to get the bugs worked out and we're very happy with our end product. We would use them again without hesitation."

"Wonderful company with great people! We called Kendall at Cooper Climate Control to help us look into solving a hot room problem for one of our bedrooms. He did a thorough review and inspection and gave us several options to fix it. In the end we have very old units and decided to fix everything at once including new units. We priced out several companies and Cooper Climate was very competitive but also just seemed to have the most knowledge. Kendall is very communicative and explained all the steps in detail to us up front with pictures and examples. It was so helpful to fully know what was going to be done. Research the difference between single stage, multi stage, and variable heat pump systems. *Research insulation and how duct systems work. This will help understand the project scope and why it makes sense comfort and money wise to upgrade or to not upgrade. It really depends on your home. Some companies like SRP give rebates so that can help. *Some companies are very high pressure. This is a large purchase; please feel comfortable taking your time and if it's overwhelming just pause and revisit project later.
