"Last Saturday I called the office and the person who picked up the phone was extremely pleasant, attentive to what I needed, and was able to schedule an appointment for Monday. I've rarely had such great service from a company in terms of customer service. On Monday morning, within 20 minutes of the start of the service window, Hunter and Tom showed up at my house. Both were tremendous -- friendly, attentive -- and I felt very taken care of. I loved that Hunter prepared a short video showing me the problems with my door and opener. I also loved that they brought samples of what they recommended as a replacement. I ended up needing a completely new garage door and opener. Tom was also able to get his installation team out to complete the job the same day, and that team showed up before Hunter and Tom even left. Jake and JL again were friendly and did a masterful job with the installation. They ensured I was taken care of and that everything was set up as perfectly as possible. Overall, I just want to tell you how grateful I am to have contacted Ideal. Given the amazing service by your team, I was glad to pay a bit more for the best door and opener possible and my family and I are so happy with our purchase.
