"I can't say enough good things about AZ Major and their technician Jared. They were dispatched by my warranty company as a second opinion for a refrigerator leak which occurred when we used the icemaker. The first vendor could not find any source for the leak after coming out twice. Jared was extremely thorough and spent at least an hour painstakingly examining several different possibilities. He eventually found the source and did a repair, with the caveat that if it didn't hold, the valve would need to be replaced. After a few weeks it started again, and when he came back he brought a valve with him so there would be no further delays. Wish that all technicians had a work ethic as strong as Jared's."

"We found them through our warranty company, which you never know what you're going to get. They were prompt on timing, text messages gave us great advance notice, tech found the problem and got parts ordered. Unfortunately our warranty company tried to order the parts and created a mess, but AZ Major stepped back in, got the right parts ordered and had them in quickly. Knowledgeable and professional, would definitely recommend."

"Using them through my Home Depot warranty to repair a washer. The first appointment the tech didn't show up. 2nd appointment tech called an hour after scheduled appt time ended to tell me he was on his way ((I said don't bother)) 3rd appointment my appointment time was changed without asking me, and then the whole appointment was canceled the day of. Tomorrow we have our 4th appointment scheduled. Just got a text that our appointment time was changed again without being asked. We haven't even had a technician out yet and I already cannot stand this company. Horrible customer care."

"Worst company ever, owner takes absolutely zero responsibility for his work. Whenever you talk to them they speak to you disrespectfully and like they don't have time. They "fixed" My dishwasher after I paid the service fee for the home warranty, well... they fixed it the second time they came out, the first time they misdiagnosed it and the dishwasher continued to flood and damage my cabinets. The second time they actually fixed it (after they reported it incorrectly to the home warranty company to say that the problem wasn't covered, and I had to call and argue with the owner until he finally sent his guy back out to correctly diagnose the issue, It ended up that the part that failed WAS covered by the warranty after all), the fix they finally did lasted for about 5 months, now my cabinets bottoms surrounding the dishwasher are being flooded and destroyed even more once again. When I called and spoke to the owner about coming back since the fix only lasted 5 months, he said I needed to call the home warranty company and pay another service fee for him to come out. he also said he was in the middle of a Repair and didn't really have time to talk to me. If you don't have time to talk to a customer don't answer the phone! It was less than a 5-minute conversation. Stay away at all costs, I have dealt with a lot of quality contractors and repairman, and these people are not ethical and they will not take responsibility for the work they charged you your hard-earned money for. both times I spoke to the owner he was extremely condescending, defensive, and rude...the trademarks of a terrible business."
